LOGAN ROSE

LA-BASED PRODUCTION DESIGNER
& Local 44 Set decorator

Logan Rose is a Los Angeles-based Production Designer and Local 44 Set Decorator who brings a lifetime of love and passion for Film, Television, and Visual Storytelling to his work.

He believes that the Production Designer's job is to partner with the Director to facilitate their vision and help create the visual language for each project. To make this vision a reality, the Production Designer is tasked with assembling and managing an Art Team to provide the setting and backdrop needed to tell the desired story effectively.

Conversely, as a Local 44 Set Decorator, one must collaborate with the Production Designer and their concepts to help manifest the Director's ideas. His duty as a Set Decorator and as a department head is to supervise the set decoration team of leads, gang bosses, swing gang, and dressers while also liaising with the Production Office on budget, manpower, and scheduling—all to help bring a project to life on spec, on time, and on budget.

Logan is a graduate of UC Santa Barbara with a bachelors in Geography, specializing in Environmental Science and Cartography. He enjoys spending his free time hiking in the hills of Griffith Park, enjoying live music at the Greek, and Modern Art.
